Techniloy nickel-based coating
When corrosion protection, wear resistance, and hardness are required; this engineered alloy is Techmetals’ cost reduction solution for Electroless Nickel. Techniloy is a unique, high-performance, nickel-based deposit for functional engineering applications. This alloy meets RoHS & the new ELV requirements. The bath formulation allows Techmetals to achieve up to ten times longer bath life than conventional EN, which helps reduce new bath make-up costs and waste treatment needs
